Located in the heart of beautiful Central Dalmatia, this completely renovated and very handsome house will treat its guests with brand new apartments and furniture, a stunning, breathtaking view of the Adriatic sea at its best calm crystal clear water and a pearl of pebble beaches, untouched nature, picturesque towns, fisherman and sail boats, neat, colorful gardens.

Awaking to the sun rise and sounds of birds chirpings only, our guests will be far from and yet so close to Split, one of the Adriatic's most vibrant cities (35km), to absolutely seductive, historic town of Trogir (8km) protected by UNESCO, enchanting, faultless Primosten (15km), or to the steep tangle of alleys in the ancient centre of Sibenik (32km).
 
       
 


The house is at the end of a tiny neighborhood, 80 m from the sea and far from heavy traffic. Just finished and newly and tastefully furnished, all four apartments are air conditioned with the satellite tv-s, and in mint condition. Each of the two upper floor apartments can accommodate four people. The 60m2 balcony is a perfect place to enjoy the morning coffee with a view. The spacious ground floor consists of two apartments suitable for four to six people.

  
         
 
Nearby amentitites: The nearest grocery store is only a few steps away and will satisfy all the basic needs. The pharmacy, the doctor s and the dentist office, the exchange office, bakery, butchery and a food market are all located in the scenic town of Marina, just 4 km west from the house, or on the larger scale, 8 km east in Trogir where the gas tanks can also be refilled. International airport Split is located 15 km east. The buses operate regularly, and the bus stops are around 150m away from the house.
